How Do I Book An Appointment?

You may contact Debora by phone (613-292-2341) or by email (deboradudley@ymail.com) to schedule an appointment. Given that email is not a secure form of communication, please be cautious of including sensitive and/or confidential information.

Are Services Covered Under Private Medical Insurance?

Services are typically covered under extended health care plans. Please contact your extended health care provider directly to find out about the details and extent of any coverage that you may have. Sometimes insurance companies require that you obtain a referral from a physician prior to service. A receipt will be issued at the time of the appointment, which can then be submitted to your insurance company. Alternatively, receipts can be submitted for the purposes of income tax. 

What Are The Payment Options?

Fees are payable at the time of the appointment, either by cash or cheque. Payment by e-transfer, received in advance of the appointment, may also be arranged. A receipt will be issued at the time of the appointment.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

Debora is committed to scheduling clients in a manner that ensures that they receive services in a consistent and timely manner.  It is understood that unavoidable circumstances sometimes arise where clients are not able to make a scheduled appointment time. However, a fee will be charged for any no show or late cancellation of appointment where 30 hours notice is not provided.
